New Youtube Channel!

Hi all, so recently I made the fairly hard decision to delete both of my older youtube channels to make room for a new one. The main reason being because I hadn’t uploaded anything to the channels for months, and I really had no plans to start again.

I’d grown bored of the brand of video that I produced, and I felt it was time to move on. So I did.
Now, Bomber County Biker is no more, and PaulyOnFilm is gone too. My new channel will focus more on my current hobbies amd interests, such as Metalwork, photography, art, video games and vlogs. I hope people will stick around to see the new channel come out of its infancy and hopefully get better.
Thank you,
Pauly.

Zombie Knife ban?

So, in a random knee-jerk reaction, the UK has banned the manufacture and sale of so called ‘Zombie Knives’. Y’know, those tacky looking black and green ‘weapons’ sold in most seaside/tourist towns for anywhere up to £30.
1 murder has been committed with one of these ‘weapons’, and they’ve banned them?
Well done UK. Well done.
How many hit-and-run related murders have been committed?

How many people have been murdered with hammers, crowbars, other hand tools etc?

How many people have been beaten to death by a large group of drunk youths?

How many people have been subject to acid attacks?
Loads. Thousands, in fact.
Have they banned cars, drunk youths, acid and DIY hand tools? Nope.
But 1 death related to these zombie weapons, and they’re banned. Weird, right?
Minister for Vulnerability, Safeguarding and Countering Extremism, Sarah Newton, said:
“This government will act wherever necessary to cut crime and keep our communities safe. Zombie killer knives glamorise violence and cause devastating damage – they have no place whatsoever in our society.”
“We committed to banning the sale, manufacture and importation of these weapons. With the ban now becoming law, we are delivering on our commitment. Anyone caught making or selling zombie knives now faces up to 4 years in prison.”
So, let’s break this down a little bit…
“Cut crime and keep our communities safe”

So, with all the thousands of drug dealers, gangs and sex traffickers in the UK, Zombie weapons are the problem here? Hmm…
“Cause devastating damage” Only if in the wrong hands, same as thousands of other items. Did you know that you can kill someone with a spoon if you’re determined enough?
“Anyone caught making or selling zombie knives now faces up to 4 years in prison”

You know those ‘Fantasy Knives/Swords” that you can buy from pretty much anywhere on the internet? Paint the blades black and wrap them with tacky green paracord and what have you got?

Zombie Knife.
As an aspiring bladesmith, the art of making swords, knives and blades is something close to my heart, and the market for artisan blades is a very lucrative one, with plenty of opportunities to make a decent living doing something you love.
If the UK keeps on with this knee-jerk bullshit, soon you won’t be able to buy hammers, kitchen knives and other DIY tools without an Enhanced Disclosure or a ‘DIY License’.
Rant over.
